Another Birthday came and went....

A little something for the 2 winners of my contest! Thank you for playing! Made me feel young again. I have to share the sweetest story of my D. We went to a couple of my favorite thrift stores on Saturday. She went into her toy ATM.. by the way love this little machine! You put in the money and you have to add and deduct from your balance like a real ATM. She is saving up for another American Girl Doll...and guess what I don't have to pay for it!  Well anyways... back to my story. She took 3 dollars for the day. We get to this one I love and she starts heading for the counter and I start looking at these bins... I hear her tell the lady at the counter something about my Birthday.. She paid and waited for me. I woke up Sunday morning to this:

A paper bag with a necklace. It was on my bedside table.. made me cry. She spent her 3 dollars on a necklace for me! I just love her so much!

I scored on the best stuff on Saturday and will share with you soon! Here is a box of some of the things I found: Some antique tinsel, and some vintage plastic wedding bells...........

I woke up with a sore throat on Sunday so did not hit the Flea Market, went to my favorite Japanese dollar store instead and wanted to share some of the most adorable little things! Little Red Riding Hood finger puppets, Little gnome garden picks and some adorable birdie cupcake liners!

Well, I am busy yet again. My Sweet Mother in Law is coming to town for 6 days...... Here is a page of her and Darianne that I am in the middle of doing.....by for now!

If you guessed Wonder Woman..... you are right! What girl did not want to transform herself into this???? Can we just bring Curvy bodies back? Of course with a bigger waist, this girl did not enjoy Mexican food as much as me! I am enjoying my Day thank you friends! Hello and good Evening...

I have not done a post in a week. Just a little catch up on what Ive been up to. My new Art pieces .. all silhouettes.

One of my good friends from Arizona came to visit, Kat.Love her. Met her through 2 Peas in a bucket ( a on line scrapbooking site)when I used to go to crops. I did not attend many of them, because I talked too much to get anything done. We have been good friends since then. I have been blessed with some great friends through the Internet (my Mom thinks its weird and dangerous).  Kat and I enjoy Artsy things together and everything vintage and Shabby. Together we have torn Phoenix apart searching for the perfect vintage items. Not too many of these people in my Life that are willing to dig through a bin of tattered fabrics and God knows what else! Took her to my Favorite Japanese Dollar Store....I think she kind of liked it. Filled her suitcase with lots of little bento boxes, adorable cupcake liners and little things to pack a child's lunch. She sent her 4 children, Yes that's right 4 children ! a little I miss you card .. the one on the Beach with the I miss u Heart. This girl needs a little time to herself. Let her sleep in, poor thing. We also had a little time to Party for my dear Friend Alice's Birthday. The table looked so divine, Mary's style of course. This lady just whips these last minute parties like its nothing. here are some pictures:

Beautiful Party. Alice deserves it. Speaking of Birthdays, Mine is next Sunday. I will be having a Birthday Bash give Away with lots of goodies!! Please leave a comment on my Blog by guessing My favorite TV show in 1978. I will give you a hint: it is not a cartoon and I was 8 years old.......I guess that is 2 hints. 2 People will get presents! I did get a little present of nostalgia from my friend, she found my Cowboy twins book!!! Yippee!  she said it was the hardest book to find.  Thank you friend. Well you are caught up.
